Monesta yrityksestä puuttuu tämä: aika oppia

Olimme viime viikolla oppimiseen ja kehittymiseen keskittyvässä Dare to Learn -tapahtumassa Kaapelitehtaalla. Tunnelma oli kuin festareilla (tosin huomattavasti vähemmän humaltunut): ihmiset olivat hyvällä fiiliksellä, innostuneita ja intoutuivat juttelemaan jopa ventovieraiden kanssa. Vain bändit puuttuivat.

Tutustuin kaksipäiväisen tapahtuman teemoihin kahdesta näkökulmasta: edTech-ratkaisutoimittajan ja HR-ammattilaisen. Käteen jäi paljon – esimerkiksi ymmärrys siitä, mitä monen yrityksen nykyisessä työkulttuurissa pitää korjata.
